Submit a pool

Tournament hosts and community members can send pools. There's no form: post in Discord or send an email.

Where to send it

Post in our Discord server or email haruhime@haruhime.moe. One message per tournament is fine, with every round in it.

What to include

  • The tournament's name.
  • The round, like Qualifiers or Grand Finals.
  • The year it was played.
  • A link to the tournament's forum post or sheet.
  • The maps. A packs link is easiest: build the pool on packs.haruhime.moe and send its link. Beatmap IDs or links with their slots (NM1, HD2 and so on) work too.
  • Who to credit on the pool's page: the tournament's hosts, or your name. If you'd rather not be named, say so.

What happens next

An admin checks every pool by hand before it appears. If its maps match a pool we already have, you're added to that pool's sources instead of making a second copy.
